A student competition winning redistricting plan created by University of Richmond students -- created using our Public Mapping software -- was introduced into the Virgina state legislature on Monday. The bill details can be found here. This marks the first time that a redistricting plan created by ordinary citizens has been officially introduced as a legislative bill.
